Tech Sonic's fully automated hydroblasting systems take hydroblasting to the next level of safety, efficiency, and performance. Our Shell Side blaster is 100% computer controlled and automated. Simply enter the bundle details into the software, and the intelligent controls will operate the shell side blaster in an optimum way for the fastest, most effective shell side rinsing available. The fully robotic system features:

- Fully articulated head allows reaching all angles and high volume rinsing of the tubesheet and tubes

The Tech Sonic Automated Inside Bundle Cleaner offers the ultimate in tube ID cleaning & rinsing performance. 100% fully automated, intelligent operation, deployed as part of a Tech Sonic Washpad solution.
The robot offers:
- 100% fully autonomous operation
- 3 independently controlled rigid lances
- Individual lance "backforce" sensing - detecting tube blockages or severe fouling automatically
- Intelligent "pecking" to clear blockages quickly
- Automatic tube detection - detects mechanically plugged tubes
- Post cleaning report
- Cloud Data remote connection and support

Tech Sonic TapHouse & Pumps
As an important part of our integrated Washpad design, and based on our experience on washpads around the world, Tech Sonic has developed containerized diesel pumps for easy deployment and operation.
In addition to our diesel pumps, our 100% electric pump and electrical distribution centre, the “TapHouse”.
The TapHouse provides full computer control of up to four electric pumps for operation of the shell side, tube-side and parts rinsing, as well as easy hookups to water and electrical supply. Designed to be used in conjunction with our ultrasonic baths and automated hydroblasting equipment, the taphouse reduces energy use, saves water and increases safety on the washpad
