The Tech Sonic Bundle Cradle does double-duty - acting as both a stable, sling-free carriage and powered roller.
Once a bundle is loaded into the Cradle, it stays there. The integrated powered rollers spin the bundle in the bath and at the rinsing stations for perfect clean-and-rinse coverage: Lock a bundle in once, snap it into our drive rails on the pad or in the bath, and spin it 360° for perfect clean‑and‑rinse coverage.

Loading parts into baskets for cleaning allows faster handling, cleaning, and rinsing. Our parts baskets quickly turn risky, labourious, one-at-a-time parts cleaning into an easy, well-choreographed, high-volume operation.

Exchanger Transfer Unit (ETU)
The first step in cleaning a heat exchanger is getting it to the washpad. When road transport is involved, special care must be taken to not only secure the bundle to the transport trailer, but also to ensure fouling is not lost to the environment during transportation.
In many parts of the world, environmental regulations mean that special trailers are required for moving fouled exchangers by road. To eliminate the need for specialty trailers and allow the use of standard flatbeds or covered trailers, Tech Sonic has developed our Exchanger Transfer Units, or ETU's. The ETU's allow simple loading to a hoistable frame that has built-in secondary containment to catch any fouling, special movable exchanger supports, and tie-down points to ensure bundle stability during transport.
Eliminating the need for specialty trailers helps our clients save money by allowing the use of more readily available flatbed trailers.
