Every step in the cleaning process is monitored along with every operator. Procedures and safety protocols are enforced with operator accountability and a full audit trail of all assets and cleaning activities. It is vitally important to us that we can continuously improve our processes to deliver the maximum value to our Washpad customers. 

Customers have access to all the data relating to the cleaning of their equipment, which can be used better to plan cleaning and maintenance activities in the future and optimize schedules.

The heat exchanger cleaning data report includes:

1. Detailed timing and operator data for all cleaning steps
2. Before and after photos, and videos of all activities related to cleaning and handling
3. Power and water consumption data
4. Fouling data, including the weight of fouling removed during cleaning

6. The current cleaning status of any asset, and historical data that is accessible through a client portal
